Nicola has been practising Holistic and Sports Massage Therapy for over a year, which follows on from an extensive background in classical dance. Nicola trained and danced professionally at the ‘Central School of Ballet' in London. During this time Nicola toured the UK with ‘Ballet Central' and performed at theatres including the ‘Sadlers Wells' and ‘Royal Opera House'. More recently Nicola has worked on the UK Wakeboard Tour providing Sports Massage Therapy for the British team.
